Arturs kalnitis has also studied Business administration in the USA and Latvia.
In the early days Arturs was a candidate for several Latvian international youth teams. Wherewith he has been in the movement of basketball society for a very long time. For several circumstances he had to choose between becoming a professional basketball player or runing his own business and he chose the last one. Despite that all the previous experience and contacts will be very useful in all the actions as agent.

Rudolfs Nerets - legal adviser / Vice President

Rudolfs Nerets has a master dergree in law (graduated Latvian University). He has worked as a legal adviser in different law companies and state institutions. The last job was in international telecomunication company - "Linx Telecomunications" and debt collection company "Gravesco". Now Rudolfs is looking for a new challenge with BSA.

Peter Martin - finance adviser

Peter Martin, an English national, spent his early years in the IT industry in hardware and software development. Among the many projects that he was responsible for was the design and implementation of an on-line banking system for the New Zealand Post Office. In 1980 he became the Project Director for the processing and dissemination of the results for the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games. He was also responsible for the development and computerization of the Polish Tax System. Moving on to Business Management he became the Director for the International Operations of ICL/Fujitsu (UK/Japan). In 1996 he moved to Riga, Latvia and took up the post of Chairman and CEO of Lattelekom, the national telecoms company of Latvia. When this was acquired by Sonera of Finland in 1999 he became the Chairman and CEO of the Avelat Group, a conglomerate of food and beverage companies and the largest private company in the Baltics.

Peter Martin continues to reside in Riga, Latvia where he has established a number of businesses and provides Business and Management consultancy.

Arturs Dzelzs - hockey agent

Arturs has studied in Latvia, USA and graduated in Canada. Has played hockey for over 15 years, has won the gold medal with the U-18 Latvian National team in the World Championship Group B, and was awarded the best goalie award in the tournament. He has played in the USA and Canada for 7 years, and now has returned to Latvia to continue his career, and help hockey players reach their maximum potencial acting as their agent.
