   BSA is the first general sports agency in Latvia. Since its formation it has focused  primarily on serving basketball and ice-hockey players but it intends to diversify and cover the broad spectrum of  sporting activities.

   Lack of qualified sports agencies in Latvia is one of the main reasons why the country has not been able to reach the success level in sports it once had in 20's. This is the main goal of this agency. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to facilitate and motivate the young players to hard work in order to achieve their personal objectives.

   Transition from Youth to Top level is particularly important in one's sporting career. Generally speaking in any top professional team it is only the privileged few who receive most attention and are remunerated accordingly. Others who may be equally talented and diligent often do not get sufficient attention and do not achieve maximum potential and returns in their carriers.

   The objective of BSA is to identify where talent is not being fully recognized and rewarded so as to effectively guide a sportsman's carrier to its maximum potential.

   To this end BSA brings detailed knowledge of sport administration together with relevant contacts throughout Europe and USA. BSA has already established close cooperation with many professional sporting clubs and bodies in various parts of the world. BSA is fully licensed under FIBA regulations

   BSA main services are as follows:

1. finding the employer (sports club) appropriate to the talent level and aspirations of the individual (the customer);
2. Draft/negotiate and conclude contractual and financial terms and conditions in line with FIBA standards and procedures;
3. Contractual services including monitoring and dispute resolution throughout the lifetime of the contract. Whilst our objective is to represent the interests of our customer it is by no means our intention to be confrontational towards any sport club or organization';
4.  Advice and guidance on lifetime financial planning (short and long term) ;
5. After-carrier lifestyle planning.

   By cooperating with BSA for the above services, the customer is free to pursue and develop his/her sporting carrier to its maximum potential without a need to worry about the general lifestyle and financial matters identified above.
